About The Broke Grad

About two-thirds of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, even those with a decent income. When my kids left for college I was stunned how much they didn't know. After speaking to friends, I was surprised what they didn't know, one had even worked at Money magazine!

Digging deeper I found the people who needed to know more didn't go and try to find out more, maybe they thought it would be too complex or they just didn't know where to start.

That's why this website and book were created, to give financial information to those who need it but won't go looking or where put off by what they found. Yes it simplistic at times but that's the point. I'd rather people have some good information rather that no information at all.
